To the lady, Amy, that left the 1 star review; shame on you. You mis-manage your accounts and try to shuffle around a few dollars. Really? Then you blame it on the bank. You are obviously a hot mess that blames everyone for your problems that you create. The staff there is excellent!!!! Do the right thing and take down your post!!!
Three stars, because their hearts are in the right place, but they went WAY overboard trying to protect me from fraud during a large wire transfer. This went on for so long that I ended up feeling as if I was defending myself, never good when you are a legit customer making a legit transaction. Yes I am in my 60s, and yes I have watched hundreds of videos about scammers. This was a secure transaction, done with Fannie Mae. I’ve had contact with all of the key parties. It was, frankly, insulting.
