The deadpan guy working the counter in the ugly sweater is not friendly. Everyone else seemed nice and helpful
Oh well, it was good while it lasted. I've been with 1st Bank since I moved to Colorado 5 years ago and never had a problem. I liked the fact that this bank was local to Colorado, as opposed to a big national bank. So you can imagine my disappointment when PNC Bank bought them out. I ended up joining a credit union and will be closing this account before it fully transitions over to PNC on June 22nd.

This visit had four cashiers sitting around with nobody in the bank, yet handling and exchanging cash was too much of a burden. Really?
