I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with Arianna, a teller at First Bank. Every time I’ve worked with her, even for something as straightforward as cashing a check, there seems to be an issue. Rather than offering solutions or assistance, she comes across as unhelpful and dismissive. I expect a bank teller to provide support and make transactions smooth, but that has not been the case here. I've been in twice to cancel my account and they can't seem to get it right so I guess I'll go to a different location to see if they can cancel my account for a third time. Should have known when the girl called over two different people to help her three separate times. Incompetent employees.
