I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with Arianna, a teller at First Bank. Every time I’ve worked with her, even for something as straightforward as cashing a check, there seems to be an issue. Rather than offering solutions or assistance, she comes across as unhelpful and dismissive. I expect a bank teller to provide support and make transactions smooth, but that has not been the case here. I've been in twice to cancel my account and they can't seem to get it right so I guess I'll go to a different location to see if they can cancel my account for a third time. Should have known when the girl called over two different people to help her three separate times. Incompetent employees.

I’ve had a lot of poor experiences with bank’s specifically ENT, and Chase (uggh Chase). First Bank at the Jackson Creek Branch has always been really reliable with great customer service, and really no hassle. Like all the people and the products they have are pretty good for what they are
Based on other reviews I just read, I see my experience with this branch is the norm. I have had many bank accounts and loans over the decades at First Bank. Now there is one small account. Several rude employees have been there for years. When new people get added to the staff, they mirror the whining, snivelers that are multi-year seat warmers.
