This bank has the rudest staff, not just one but several of them. They are curt and make mistakes, don't do mixed payments because the cash will get counted wrong and the manager will make it seem like a it's not a big deal.
I was very happy to call a company and the guy I talked to spoke English unfortunately most companies send all their calls overseas cuz they disrespect Americans and unfortunately the guy told me was looking English I have to go into the bank I went to the bank they don't speak English either

Used to bank with First Bank years ago and closed my account for reasons that I could not remember. I recently opened a joint account with my wife and after today, I realized why I closed my account years ago. I went in there to withdraw a good lump sum of cash out of my account for a personal purchase. I normally dispise banks because I’m a rotten person honestly, that being said Porter and his crew have renewed this salty old man’s hope for humanity. Been a customer for years and a difficult one at that. They listen and they don’t judge. I suggest you change banks immediately see Laura.
