I always have problems with this bank. I'm in here all the time and know the tellers by name. Everytime I try to withdraw it's a hassle. I give them verbal password, account number, ID, etc. and end up being turned down or waiting long periods of time.

I'm very happy with 1st Bank. I've been a member here for quite a while. The tellers are fast and the staff is pleasant. It would be nice though if 1st Bank would participate with Android Pay or Samsung Pay. I know they already participate with Apple Pay.

Live these guys. Been banking here for about a decade now and have always had a good experience. Once, a junior teller accused me of falsifying my own signature... she works for a competing bank now and they kindly sent me a gift card to say sorry.
