Love 1st Bank! Best bank I've ever been with. They always catch it when someone steals my debit card number. They inform me and handle it before I even realize what's happened. This has happened 5 times. Also, at this specific branch, I arrived right before they closed, and they stayed late to help me open an account for my teenage son who is starting his own business. Great customer service and very kind and polite! Highly recommend this bank!

Why would anybody bank here? I brought over 2 million dollars through this bank before going into nonprofit and that’s when they started to stop caring. I’ve been told twice that I would get a call on my cell and never did. Tellers say they “don’t know anything” after doubling fees out of the blue without telling anyone and they offer NO SERVICES that make you want to use them.
