I visited the bank after hours intending to use the ATM; however, there was no ATM available on site. This was quite inconvenient, and I hope the bank will consider addressing this issue to better serve its customers.

I have banked at this bank for 10+ years. Twice this year, I have gone inside the bank to get checks cashed and was shorted on the amount I got back! The first time it was only $20. However, by the time I noticed, I had already made it home and had to end up going back to the bank. Today, I went in and the cashier tried to short me $100! Both times I was given the correct amount after I had said something. If I had not noticed, I would have never gotten that money! These were two different Cashiers, two separate occasions. Very disappointed in the service here. I tried coming here three times to cash a check and the employees didn’t know how to do their job. Will not be back to this location.

Never get a mortgage or loan at FirstBank. Never keep deposits at FirstBank. Never. They will lie straight to your face. They must have some kind of "How to Lie to the Customer" training program at FirstBank. More like LastBank. They got a new CEO many years ago and the place has gone straight down the tubes since. The place also does a lot of virtue signaling based on social and political topics which obviously probably means they are discriminating.
