Very unprofessional bank. I came into open an account. While I was waiting, I realized my online banking stated I was “not authorized to use bill pay” so I asked the teller to turn it back on for my account. They couldn’t figure it out and said it was a “glitch” that “should be able to be fixed.” This is unacceptable. I decided to go elsewhere to open my secondary account. Don't bank here. They will control you and tell you what you can and cannot do with your money. Asinine rules on what you can do with your own money. I wanted to send money to a person that I knew and they would not allow me to do so for 6 months. They could not give me any good reason why this policy was in place. I would run as far as possible away from this Bank chain. As an American and as an adult this is completely unacceptable.

very shitty branch. Staff will tell you to wait for someone to help you and then continue to help other people. I was told to wait 5 minutes, I ended up walking out after thirty minutes of waiting. If you don't think your customers time is valuable, I definitely will be choosing a different union to bank with. Unacceptable.
