I have been banking here for over 5 years, and have both personal and business accounts here. They've really stepped away from being a pro-consumer bank. For example, a few years ago, they had ATMs in every King Soopers and waived ATM fees out of state. Now they switched to some 3rd party ATM network, and if you use an ATM out of that network you will have to pay the ATM fee AND another fee that the bank charges for using an out of network ATM. Not recommended. Poor service.
I don't understand the low rating for this branch. I mean I understand that everybody has their own experiences but I have been with First Bank for over 20 years and I don't come to this Branch often but every time that I have, the tellers are real personable and friendly and I never have a problem whatsoever.
