I went to this branch the other day to cash my paycheck, and I was helped by Carolyn, who acknowledged me immediately upon entry as most tellers here do. Unlike most tellers however, she made me feel welcome right away even though I am not a account holder at this bank. The manager was pleasant as well. Carolyn was the best, and unlike the way I have been rudely treated at other first Bank locations (Logan @ Hwy 285 comes to mind), I was very happy with the service I received here. I'll use this branch again for sure!
great bank with fantastic customer service. always do a wonderful job and they're always so friendly. the online banking is always good and i never have issues with that either. wouldn't go to any other bank out there, firstbank is the best and ill be sticking with them
I disagree wholeheartedly with the negative complaints. This has by far been the best bank I've ever been with. I've never seen one single hidden fee, they are EXTREMELY helpful when you call in to discuss anything and I've never waited more than 5 minutes in line. Like I said, I just don't see how it could be so different for others, as I go at different times. Lot of grumpy people these days.
