Honestly a terrible mortgage experience with Ramiro. Save yourself time. He is clearly inexperienced and we have been told many things before finding out what he’s said is actually untrue.
Very rude employees
I didn’t like how Tori handled my wire transfer today with a large sum. The account it was going to was wrong and she just wanted a signature from me. The way she said “where is this money going” and “Once it’s gone it’s gone…” I don’t think a banker should have vocabulary like that. I felt very unsafe because she was handling my transaction today when it was not a small amount. Very bad service
