I have enough time to look up the location to this branch while waiting on the drive thru. NO other cars are in sight. I can visibly see that nobody is in the lobby waiting. Horrible service at 2:30.

Seriously? A male teller seated behind the counter kept eating something while he was helping me. He could barely speak English, I could barely understand him, and he definitely could not understand my very simple issue. He asked a woman (presumably a supervisor) for help. In spite of her low comprehension, she was able to solve my issue after I explained it four additional times. Do better, 1stBank.
I was the only one in line, about 3 tellers open, and 2 working the drive thru. About 3 or 4 min in line, finally someone told "it will be a minute " and it was a min but omg
