I love the low-key friendly atmosphere of this bank that is the official bank for the Phoenix Suns and only serves three States. When calling the bank with questions, a knowledgeable person answers the phone and usually after only two or three rings. It doesn’t take long before you and the bank’s employees know each other. Service is exceptional!
Let me tell you don’t bank here. 12 business days and I still haven’t gotten a new card in the mail. They give you a lousy atm card just to pull out cash most ridiculous thing and then you get charged at every atm and there’s not enough locations I would have to make a 30 minute drive. The worst bank ever!!! Do not recommend. Also they inputted my address wrong they didn’t even have it right this whole time. It’s on my drivers license which they take a copy of but clearly cannot do a simple task like inputting an address. Fr... read more
