Cory at First Bank provided excellent service. He was professional, accommodating, and clearly explained all my account options. I truly appreciated his help.
I came in to open an account and the customer service agent that took care of me had an attitude and treated me like i was trying to commit bank fraud . I would not recommend this location , they are not friendly at all . Overall i couldnt open an account with them so i went to CHASE and they helped me out and treated me way much better than this bank . Ohh yea and i was able to open an account at chase .
Not helpful not friendly would not recommend charges extra fees for nothing and doesn't help protect your money in anyway.
