Not helpful not friendly would not recommend charges extra fees for nothing and doesn't help protect your money in anyway.
Went to get a cashier’s check today 9/27/2024 . I usually work with the red-headed teller who is awesome ( sorry I forget his name). I thought he was training Nancy, who was very rude, un-personable, and scoffed at me for not knowing how to fill out the form. Come to find out she was the branch manager. He seemed embarrassed I had to deal with her. As a customer success director by trade her behavior does not match up with the standards I’m used with First Bank. I would promote him and replace her. Not a great experience.
Really not impressed by this bank’s outdated policies. More than once they’ve taken $ out of my account when an order was cancelled even when merchant refunded. Disputes take weeks, lengthy process, must fill out forms and bring them in person etc. This bank is just outdated, inconvenient, and their staff can’t do much for you. We’ll be changing banks.
Make sure you dress nice to make a deposit or they will call a manger on you, just to later finally make the deposit, because, reasons. Next time I'll be sure to put in a three piece suit.
