So far my experience with this bank has been wonderful up until today. I spoke with 2 different agents that could not assist me today. One by the name of Freya whom stated to me. I was a bad customer simply because I wouldn't understand what she was trying to convey. I have been in banking for 8 years. I have never spoken to a client the way Freya spoke to me today.
