I came in today with my father to cash a check, and since I don’t have an account at first bank anymore for a multitude of reasons, I endorse it over to him. We have never had a problem with cashing 3rd party checks there until today. They told us they do not accept 3rd party checks, and only accepted ours as a 1 time thing, even though they have accepted past ones from us multiple times. Bad service
Nosiest bank ever. Ran a pointless credit check and asked a bunch of personal questions just so I could be added as an authorized user of a family member's safety deposit box. It shouldn't have required more than a look at my ID.
