The ATM is absolutely ridiculous. Took $ no receipt no record. They had to count money in machine to verify 2 days later. WORKS 1 OUT IF 5 TIMES.
I have been with this bank for years now. Unfortunately this past year has been very frustrating. I have come to make deposits at the atm, since they don’t open till 9 and I have work, school, kids etc. Although 5/7 time in the past 2 months, the atm either is not working or cannot make deposits. This is getting to the point where I am wasting time and gas money just to put money in my account. I love the staff here they are amazing! I’ve only ever had one issue, my money was loaded into somebody else’s account. I went in and they got it cleared fast. I love the people who are always there to deposit and any question you may have. PNC do not touch these employees they are loved af that location and I hope to not see much changes
