I've been with this bank for 18 years. I have never been happier and always been treated with respect.
Not open on Saturdays? How are people supposed to bank? take a day off in the week, go else where! This is ridiculous. Will be looking for a new bank.
Editing review to include additional info: after being faced with a job loss and subsequent return of early stage colon cancer, 1stBank has been super helpful, even if the banking relationship had been a bit rocky at times. They have been super helpful and respectful in working out an arrangement to pay a previous overdraft related to the job loss and cancer treatments.
