They keep sending paperwork to the wrong address, and even after confirming my address they still did not send a check correctly. They closed my account because of it, even though it was not my fault
atm out of service more often than not. I spend more time at other banks ATMs than FirstBank - guess that’s a sign to switch.
Great bank terrible branch. If you could avoid this branch do so. The bank itself is great but the customer service at this branch is terrible. They are rude and aren't very helpful. Walked in to help someone open an account, waited there because everyone was "busy" I guess finally sat down with someone and she had an attitude as if we ruined her day by coming in. Needless to say we never opened that account.
