I have nothing but amazing things to say about this bank. While I don't go into the location much; I have multiple companies I own that bank here and the online and over the phone service is fantastic! First Bank nearly always bends over backwards to do everything possible to help me and I would say I'm a fairly difficult customer with complex business needs and I even live out of country. Great regional Bank!
Avoid at all costs...save me so let me tell you why....My reply to the BBB info given by the bank. I called and called. I was assured it would be within 10 business days. I want a copy of the banks written policy on this. They did not even attempt to negotiate until the 10th day. What good was the new bank card because my account was minus till my one a month SS check Came thru. I have had 3x $300.00 apple gift cards charged to my bank =$900.00 The Bank assured me it would be less than 10 days, now it is past the 24 days! He... read more
