Avoid at all costs...save me so let me tell you why....My reply to the BBB info given by the bank. I called and called. I was assured it would be within 10 business days. I want a copy of the banks written policy on this. They did not even attempt to negotiate until the 10th day. What good was the new bank card because my account was minus till my one a month SS check Came thru.
