Great bank, awesome staff they always treat you as family.
I love this bank but today I drove put of my way to make an atm deposit and the machine is off. I don't have availability during their banking hours so this was extremely inconvenient for me. I've been banking with first bank for 3 years and while I am happy with the bank, I wish they had more locations and atms that work!
Is there anything less than 1 star? They denied me a checking account because I couldn’t remember an address I hadn’t live in for years. I called them back w the address I had from an old correspondence from Morgan Stanley. The person told me she’s not ‘comfortable moving forward with this account’ basically accusing me of identity theft. Result? Bank of America has a new customer. These are BAD people.
The ATM doesn't work . What a inconvenience as the next closer branch is milesssss away
