This bank, this branch, here on N Scottsdale Rd was the absolute best experience I ever had dealing with any bank before! The staff was outstanding and went overboard when I found myself in a particular jam. I haven’t enough words to thank and praise them for their knowledge in the banking transaction itself, and their assistance with my personal disability problem. Looking for a new bank… I say search no more! Thank you guys

Wow, I'm somewhat shocked and saddened by the rude and discourteous behavior of the staff at this location. The short, older, blonde lady that "helped" me couldn't have been more unpleasant. I signed up with Firstbank years ago because their mobile banking is good, but I'm seriously considering changing to a different bank after this experience. What a shame.
