Horrible experience they don't care about their customers will hang up with you in the middle of their call with you and when you call them back they still don't do no security checks Christy is very rude Don't know how this place is still open.... Closed my joint (myself & daughter) account today in Ringgold, we will gladly remain with TVFCU and Unify. 2.9 review rating says it all. Didn’t realize adding husband to account would require my daughter to sign paperwork approving BUT when she tells me I can close the joint account w/o her signature I was puzzled.
