Awesome people
No one here was competent. They also do not answer the phone. I called five times then drove over to see them just gossiping and I had a true emergency that needed to be addressed. Very happy to be leaving First Bank and never having to deal with PNC in the future. Hopefully they replace the staff at least.
I came into this branch 20 minutes before closing time with some last minute banking needs that required some transfers and a cashier's check. I knew it might not be easy to accomplish everything in a short amount of time but based on prior experiences at this branch I was confident we could get it done. I was immediately recognized by name by Joe and he and a manager, Sananda, came up with a solution that got us out the door right at closing time. I went in to cash a $10,000 check. No, I do not have an account with them but I did give them two forms of ID to which he continued to ask for my address and my phone number and my social security number and then he typed in my second ID numbers never have I been treated and told that I was a thief without being directly told that I was a thief I will never bank at this bank and I will make sure to tell everybody of their prejudice when a Mexican girl walks in to cash a $10,000 check P.S. This bank was the rudest establishment I have ever been to. I visited this location because I’m shopping for a bank to move my business account to. My business is growing, and I need a larger bank to accommodate my needs. I was asked to sit and was told someone would be with me shortly. It only took a couple of minutes, which was nice, but the rest of the interactions went downhill from there.
