This bank was the rudest establishment I have ever been to. I visited this location because I’m shopping for a bank to move my business account to. My business is growing, and I need a larger bank to accommodate my needs. I was asked to sit and was told someone would be with me shortly. It only took a couple of minutes, which was nice, but the rest of the interactions went downhill from there. I've been with First Bank since 2002. They have always taken good care of me and met my banking needs.
Mohammad is the man, he is always super professional and creates a comfortable environment no matter who walks in the door.
Encountered a rude and unfriendly teller, Brianna. Did not greet me and barely said thank you. I'm so used to that from other younger generations doing the same, it isn't a big deal. It's to be expected from these younger generations. The thing that bothered me was I asked her nicely if she was finished with my I.D. She rudely said, "Not yet. If I was done with it, I would've already given it back to you." Clearly an attitude issue. Unacceptable. C'mon Man.
