Atm doesn't accept cards for people who don't bank with First bank
I have been with 1stBank since 2000. There is a young lady at this location who is very unpleasant to deal with and very arrogant. When my card got stuck in a parking garage pay machine, I had to resort to making some small cash withdrawals inside the bank until a new card arrived. The staff at the Constitution branch were VERY helpful, pleasant, and quick the few times I needed to do this. This young lady at the Garden of the Gods branch always treats me I am some kind of criminal. I wish she would go work somewhere else.
Very helpful, and courteous. Ashley took care of all my banking needs. Excellent customer service.
