I banked with 1st Bank over 20 years. They set the bar high with outstanding service & a friendly staff. Unfortunately it is not the case as California Bank & Trust Same building & people must be the management. • needed an ID just for a roll of quarters • staff doesn't seem they are trained sufficiently on the new software. • refuses to open a window when there's a line • No greeting from anyone upon entering bank lobby. • it seems like the staff isn't happy there

This bank is racist they close my account without my consent and tried to embarrass me in front of my family. I never requested my account to be closed nor did I ask . The clerk’s are rude with bad attitudes. I was pushed out do to the color of my skin .bias,racism hatful people that think it 1933 bad customer service.
