I go to this branch when I want a smooth and quick transaction at the window because the one nearest me somehow always has problems. I was able to resolve an issue quickly with an account freeze that was due to a merchant trying to run my debit card multiple times, which I appreciated because I needed to use my debit card for a large purchase that day (an entire living room suite of furniture).
