The staff there is like family. They have helped me through some very tough times. There is never a long wait. My health is the utmost on their minds. It feels like you really have partners in your healthcare. That is why I am happy to drive from Shelbyville to go to their office.

I am majorly fighting a sickness. I walk in desperately to find care. So I walk into the office and ask if they take walk ins and the old lady at the front desk looks me up and down and says rudely, “This is a doctors office we only have appointments” I understand that but after she told me that in that tone of voice I feel unwelcome. She talked to me like a dog. I won’t be going back.
