The DTC location turned me away and told me they don’t accept deposits. Had to drive to the downtown location, which told me they do accept deposit. Very confused why you would tell a customer this.
Do not bank here!! They switched from Simmons Bank to First Western bank and they lost 1200 dollars of mine. Be warned.
I showed up at 7 when they said it's open and the place is closed!
