Very helpful staff , have had my insurance there for 12 years
Won't return calls and constantly trying to pass the buck. Basically they're only good at taking your money. And if you ARE able to get ahold of someone, chances are 50/50 they won't have a clue what they're talking about. Good luck!

No customer service to speak of. No communication from agent. Secretary at front desk just takes money. I don't recommend this agency.
