This was the worst bank I have ever used. I received a check on the 2nd and when I accessed my account the froze my shit and when I called them the lady didn't want to answer any questions instead told me they were closing my account. 19 days lost in the mail why didn't put my apt. #. Inappropriate behavior and bad business ethics. Maybe this place needs better training or better customer service. I give them a 0
Best bank in the world! Reguardless if you need personal or business banking, FWB will take care of you like your family and not just another #. Have a banking or insurnace problem, I highly recommend giving them a chance.
Absolutely love Banking with First Western Bank! You’re not just a customer, you’re part of a family! Blessed to bank with FWB!
