We’ve been coming to this first watch for almost 3 years and Kim is our forever server! She is amazing and kind and makes sure my partner & I are always taken care of! Always ask for Kim!

I've never had a bad experience at a First Watch until my visit to the Buford location. Had a reservation with a 25-minute wait time. Waited around 20-30 minutes, which was great! That was the only highlight of our visit. We waited over 25 minutes for water from our waitress, Kimberly. Waited an hour to get our food order. When we finally got our food an hour later, we hoped the wait meant hot, fresh food, but it came out at room temperature, almost cold, like it had been sitting out for a while. After getting there, we only had to wait a few moments to be seated but then had to wait upwards of 50 minutes for our food, we watched other people be seated, order and have their food arrive before we got anything. Once the food arrived it was lukewarm and in some cases like the attached image soggy, the buttered bread bites were hard and crumbly and not appeasing and on top of that we didn't get everything we ordered and had to track down another employee as our waitress Kimberly seemed to vanish.
