I use to call and check on my application and the one woman I was dealing with was super nice and kept me up to date on my application. But recently I called and I keep getting a woman who is just rude and acts like she has no idea what application I had and says I have to resubmit a new one now and start at the bottom. Thought this place was going to help but I refuse to deal with rude, non caring people.

MS AMANDA YOU ARE RUDE AS HELL AND I CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY NAME ON THE LIST FOR OVER 2 YEARS YOU CLAIM NO ONE HAS GOTTEN ANY HOUSING FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT AND I FIND THAT HARD TO BELIEVE AND DON'T EVER SPEAK TO ME LIKE THAT ON THE PHONE AGAIN MS AMANDA THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT DAY IF YOU AREN'T COMFORTABLE WITH THE JOB I'M SURE SOMEONE ELSE WILL DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR SPOT

This is senior housing at its best. All handicapped accessible. Friendly neighbors, Independent living, laundry and storage in the basement. Common areas clean and well maintained. Non-smoking. First Ward Action offers 222 units total, some senior, some family, primarily in the First Ward section of the west side of Binghamton. All units lovely and up-to-date. Subsidized housing, hud, section 8 and most subsidies accepted, DSS okay. Lengthy and intensive application process assures that your neighbors will be good ones.
