I have been with builtwell since 2018 and have had nothing but issues, I haven't swapped banks bc of the hassle but its time. 8/10 transactions get declined and you have to verify your not fraud, ive had my check delayed 3 times in the 8 year period. I have been in florida on vacation and them lock my debit card and won't answer the 1800 number on the back. Ive had the atm not give me any money but take it out of my account twice.
