I have been doing business with Builtwell for several years as an individual. I opened a business and knew nothing about the process of setting up a business account. Lisa and her team had always went above and beyond with customer service and again they didn't disappoint. She walked me through the process and set me up without a hitch, Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but they deliver results !!!

Yes I just want to say I have been a customer here at built well for a while now and Jessica Mitchell help me today she was so pleasant made me want to come back to the bank again because I did not want to come back anymore do to the management Miss Romero so therefore I'd really stayed away but I needed a debit card due to some fraudulent activity and so Miss Jessica looked at reviewed the account and had no issue giving me one because it was not my fault and I had not had but six cards and 8 years so I just want to say tha... read more
