We love First Volunteer Bank. Reagan and Ashlon are two of the best at the drive through. Such a pleasure to talk to these young ladies. Very friendly and professional. Lisa is always showing her customers how much she cares about them. Always a good experience at the bank.
they will steal and do nothing but bash and threatened the deceases family. if you have a older loved one that uses this bank I would highly advise as having them switch to a different bank they will steal that loved one's assets and money and run your family to the ground and you will not be allowed to grieve whatsoever
respect others and there hardships. Get rid of there dirty employees that lie and steal. I have never banked with them or will I never. Had an employee steal from me and tell lies on me. she was very disrespectful and hateful for no reason.
But what about when a parent passes away how do you guys treat their children my father loved them and banked with you guys for years ....5 days after he passed away the bank employs Pulled favoritism over a step sister that did work for there employees i am the holder of state and will holder and they took it to their personal interest in ripping everything from the estate they even close my father's account within 3 days of his passomg even with probate court papers and the will they still refuse to show me his statement a... read more

I've had an account with the LaFayette Branch all the way back when it was Gate Way. I've always been pleased with the services they have provided. Even though checking has overdraft protection, I try to keep a little more in there in case my math is wrong lol. But I'm thankful for the times that they have covered my mistakes. Saves me the embarrassment of not paying a bill. I've had better service from this branch than any bank or credit union that I have dealt with in the past.💯

had this bank for 19 yrs. wouldn't give me a loan. had great credit at time of request no debt at time. i had overdraft protection, i paid for. good for $500, get mail from customer service stating if i get another overdraft they will shut my account down. budgeting is hard with the mobile app. pay for something, money comes out. do budget money back in. than comes out week later. so overdraft easy to do. make sure you use a checkbook. benton branch only place didnt have problems with tellers. but manager is unprofessional. ... read more
