I had not been to the eye Doctor and like 2 years! My sister refer me to this eye doctor! I got there early and did not have to wait until my appointment time! I was taken back!! I love the fact that my eyes did not have to be dilated! That was awesome! Then the doctor came in and worked his magic and I got my new prescription and picked my new glasses and paid and left! They explained that they would call me once my glasses were ready for pickup! I would recommend them to anyone!
The staff including the doctor, Dr.Hamill ,at 1st vision are very courteous. I recently switched from a local eye care office after years of care because one of the ophthalmic assistants is not friendly and the other one there was trying to say I don't have routine vision benefits because there was not a separate vision contractor, turns out I did her job for her and found that vision was included in the Health plan. The staff was very prompt, pleasant & very helpful.
I took my 10 year old son in for an eye exam today and they were all so friendly and helpful! They made him feel at ease!
