RUDE RUDE RUDE Every time I visit this location the ONLY worker that’s polite to me is the petite white lady. All of the other workers are lazy, disrespectful & has a major attitude. Won’t say ONE word to you during the entire transaction. All of them are trash & need to be fired. 1st Virginia needs to rehire professionals with better customer service bc clearly these employees are ignorant & purely incompetent!

Yes, I agree. They are rude and unprofessional. When I was in there, they were discussing people's financial situation out loud in front of everyone. HIPPA violation. What ghetto people do yall hire at this place. I've filed to the BBB and FTC. I'm not done yet.
