Very rude and unprofessional experience. When I first approached the window, I was asked where I worked; I replied the post office and the representative responded “I’m not going to shoot her am I” and then after getting past that very weird and awkward experience my application was done wrong as far my gross. I've never done business with them and have never even stepped foot inside any of their locations. Yet somehow they have my phone number and keep regularly calling me and refuse to leave any sort of message. Quit trying to contact me. I'm not interested.
When dealing with peoples hard earned money- you should take extra care in the work in which you do. At no time should one of your employees mistakes cost a customer more than they even owe you, because they don’t know what they’re doing and put a wrong date in the system. Also let’s be clear this is NOT the 1st time the mistake happened. I can assure you your “sorry”does not pay a mortgage or any other bill due NOW that you have caused the problem. YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLES MONEY—IT IS NOT A GAME!!!
Before doing business here, you will be asked for your name, address, phone number, SSN, a copy will be made of your ID and these people will take a picture of your face. Even if your just buying a money order, which simply requires your name and payment Make of that what you wish. When asked why, the response; "we get this information from all our customers. In other words, they have no idea why they're made to do so. I won't be back. I will never be back.
