I went to the location on Stapley. Thier change machine was down I was trying to deposit change. They told me there was nothing they could do for me come back at around 3 to see if it's fixed. Contacted the customer service they told me they can't accept loose change and to roll it. I rolled my change then came to this location. I walked up to the counter let the teller know I needed to deposit the change into my account she then rolled her eyes and told me they don't accept rolled change from customers. Everytime I come to this bank I wait for at least 10+ minutes... the tellers stand around holding long irrelevant conversation with customers and show no concern that people are standing in line waiting... these lease they can do is acknowledge the fact that you are in line... im really over it I plan to change banks very soon... the unprofessionalism at this location has truly brought me closer to God because I have to pray everytime I come to the bank...
I am suggesting everyone to stay away from First convience Bank and I will go threw the list. First of all if you are up all night and going to check on your fund you will not have no access to your own account when you need them. I have had that happen not once but 10 different times since I have been with them. Ok here we go another problem they hold your funds and don't even care if you need it or not. This is the worst bank I have every dealt with. I made 2 trips today. On around 10:00 a.m. to make a deposit. The first man who took the deposit told me the manager was not in but he would present the deposit immediately so I could have credit right then. I did this a few weeks ago and the deposit showed up with 30 minutes. I kept checking my account for several hours and went back to the bank (VERY INCONVENIENT) and the next teller was the most obnoxious person I have ever met. Please stay away from this "bank". They are the absolute worst. When you initially create an account with them, they are extremely friendly and helpful but it is all an act. The person who I created an account with was very nice but she did not inform me about potential monthly fees and how to avoid them. I was surprised with charges on my account and when I asked for an explanation from their reps, I am met with hositlity. No one from this bank is willing to help me. I moved to this bank because Wells Fargo was charging me 10.00 a month for a checking account. So far i have had no problem there.
I have found excellent, friendly service at this bank, and good online access through their secure website.
Awesome place to bank. Friendly people that are always smiling! Love the hours they are open.
Very unprofessional Heber never counts money back to customers I will never go there again!
