The only problem I have is that if you call the branch in New Caney they will not answer your call and if you do it's only to put you on hold and never return. The web site keeps saying oops something went wrong try again later well I have been trying for days now. Why use a business if you are not a priority. Hello Wells Fargo
Staff knows their stuff! Staff is very friendly! No issues with this bank. I don't notice any stupid fee's like wells fargo always did to me. I've been at this bank for years.
False information to credit cards. They tell you, you have 0 months without interest and yet you get charged the interest. To top it off they don't even bother to help you out in the situation they blame it all on you. BE CAREFUL!!! They just steal your money! Costumer service is horrible and they apparently don't even know how to tell the truth about their card offers!!! Stay away from from this bank! Its a shame

This is really sucky! There's absolutely no way to get to the bank phone with out going through customer service number and it's at least a 30 minute wait. Then was told "sorry but that number is busy at that location", and was immediately hung up on.
I like it alot, thank you for this app it helps new out alot. I use it almost every day. I don't even use a regular phone book cuz I have this app.
I never thought a little ol' bank from Killeen could make me say, "Wow, you guys are BETTER than the giant banks like those that start with "C" or "Bank of..." Here's why. I conduct good, quality, honest banking transactions. A young lady named "Annie M" is first class and gets results when you need to do a serious transaction--like deposit a check to be "available to me" in less than 48 hours. This bank has always help my family, very friendly people that work in this branch, always having smiley faces.
The entire staff is truly amazing, my one on one experience with Amanda, was definitely top of the line, thank you Amanda.
