Office is Great, they are always helpful sometimes they are very busy but they always get to you in a response is there . Dr. Buffman has taken care of myself, and my mom came to live with me he tended to her too. He is amazing and always takes his time to make sure he asks all the questions, of how you are felling. Best place ever. Very compassionate and professional. Be patient and take the time to see for yourself. You won’t be sorry for the wait. Well worth it.
I love this place and my dr he is the best it took me a long time to find a good dr the receptionist, it is the best. Always answers the phone with kindness. If you might sound rude sometimes, but she's not she just has a lot of phone calls. One has to have patience. The doctor always helps me. No matter what everyone in that office is very good. And kind if you're looking for a good doctor look at my doctor buffman, I don't know if i'm pronouncing it right?But that's the doctor
I really like this office and everyone is so kind and helpful.
The office manager is a rude hostile lady who never returns calls or voicemails and the gets mad because you miss an appointments that they make without calling the patient to let them know. An office only works good when there is communication and good services. I think it’s time for a more respectful and responsible office manager who actually does her job!
