I wish that zero stars was an option. If you want to use it for a transaction from a partner credit union after hours it will not let you open the door.
Each time I visit this bank, the staff are welcoming, polite, and happy to help. I come here from time to time since it’s a shared branch.
I don't like this bank I call asking if I can pay 12 months in advance of my car loan and the lady said NO and was very rude and then I tried to go to the branch 580 University avenue in Sacramento and couldn't find the place. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! I don't recommend them
