They wouldn't even get that 1 star,but I had to click one so everyone knows what happened! Don't get me wrong dr medley is good at what he does but I had a follow up appointment sit in the waiting room over a 1 hour got to the back in a room another 30 mins went by when I heard he left instead helping get all the patient seen and I never seen a doctor after 145 mins I had enough I got up left and I will be telling the insurance company so you all don't get paid its a bunch of bs if your appointment is at 245 pm there is no r... read more
If I could give this office 1 star I would. Dr Medley is great however his staff are very lazy. I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes without ever speaking to anyone. The wait is actually longer each time you call. We will find a new office to go to.
Dr Medley is wonderful with kind friendly staff.
He took care of me with a kidney stone I wish I would have had him to begin with I wouldn’t have went through the pain that I did great Dr
It's ridiculous that everywhere schedules 15 minute appointments and squeezes way more patients than they should in for the sake of money rather than patient care. I waited for almost 2 hours before I saw the Dr.
