Only reason for 3 stars is because the women in the corydon Indiana office are very sweet and caring. I don’t want to give a 1 star review when my in person experience was wonderful! BUT when you call and it kicks you to the main line or where ever you end up they are not helpful whatsoever. Left 3 messages asking for help with pre authorization for my pain meds. I even hit appointments to get a human and asked for help from them cause no one was calling me back I got “hold on let me see what I can do” few minutes later forw... read more
