If you are dealing with Brittany Smith, run far away from her! I am saddened and angry and hope no one ever has to experience the way she spoke to me. No one who treats people like she did deserves to hold a job in any doctor’s office where you are representing a business and taking care of PATIENTS. Laikyn Creque is so caring, truly listens to your issues with an empathetic ear, and gives you multiple options for treatment without judgment . She is an amazing PA and is a part of Dr. Smiths team. I cannot recommend her enough!
I was diagnosed with low grade prostate cancer in 2019. Dr. Eifler was my urologist. We met to discuss the diagnosis and treatment options. He said if I was treated with EBRT there was a 97% chance of full and lasting remission. I understand things happen. My PSA was tested every 3 months and fluctuated up and down which I was told could happen. In late 2020 my PSA went up twice in a row. Choose someone else... anybody else! I had trouble with these arrogant doctors 10 years ago, and foolishly took a second chance. The first time they immediately wanted to use the knife. The second time was also ALL about the money. I had never had a catheter. They shoved one in me causing me extreme pain, then walked out the door. No instructions, no care steps, no future follow-up.
