Edit from original review: After further inspection, the workers “repaired” basically every vent around the cracked one except the cracked one. While Joe and Ray were nice and communicative and willing to negotiate a fair price, in the long run my problem wasn’t solved. They would still be good to work with in the future, just be sure it’s thoroughly done.
