First United Roofing (and Joe) were highly recommended by my insurance agent, to inspect my roof so as to ensure there was no major hail damage. Joe and his team did the inspection - luckily there was no damage, but some light maintenance was recommended (clean up, taking care of loose shingles etc.) for a nominal fee. Joe and his team worked hard to help us get a great product and of course, the best service. The company is impressive in what they do. And we were surprised and pleased by the service from your staff- there was a situation in which the wrong paint color had been used to match. Even though the work was done, they redid it without hassling us or complaining or convincing us that it matched. The customer service was outstanding. Thanks again!
