I’ve enjoyed First United Bank for the last couple of years, they’re really nice people that know what they’re doing. I set up a CD there and Mandy helped me through the whole process, making it so very easy. She is a true banker she walks the walk and talks to talk. Was able to fill out all the forms quickly, and correctly, providing me with copies of everything. A bank is just a building without its people, they have a wonderful staff. Opened a new account at First United in Pottsboro TX. Very happy with the service provided by Ms Pam and the bank staff. I'll be moving my other accounts to First United as well. Should have done it long ago! If you seek a reputable bank and great service I highly recommend you visit Ms Pam or any of the highly capable employees and enjoy the excellent service. Absolutely the worst customer service (drive-thru) of any bank in all my 60+ years. They must not give any training whatsoever to their tellers, because they simply have NO customer respect (with a couple of exceptions)! As soon as possible, I will make a change and NEVER bank here again.
