Had to get a certified check and Cody was knowledgeable and helpful. The other teller (didn't catch her name) helped answer a question about mobile deposits and was a fantastic dancer. Will be back again
Our banking experience today with Nakisha at this branch was amazing. She was so nice and down to earth and her banking skills were phenomenal. The best banking experience I’ve ever had by far. U can tell she loves her job and is great at it. U know how u go somewhere and u encounter someone moody or rude and u wonder why they have the job they do? Happens a lot lol .

Their online banking is lacking, don't give you the features they said you would have even after the probationary period. Their overdraft fees are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and do not offer an overdraft protection LOC or link to savings account so you get charged about $50 every time you accidentally overdraft. First United Bank & Trust: Making the Poor Poorer 1 Transaction at a Time. Beware if you need their customer service, no one can do anything and they will transfer you 5 times.
