Their online banking is lacking, don't give you the features they said you would have even after the probationary period. Their overdraft fees are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and do not offer an overdraft protection LOC or link to savings account so you get charged about $50 every time you accidentally overdraft. First United Bank & Trust: Making the Poor Poorer 1 Transaction at a Time. Beware if you need their customer service, no one can do anything and they will transfer you 5 times.
Huge bummer here. I’ve been able to order boxes of nickels from this branch in the past. However upon attempting to order a few more I was told they only give boxes of coins to businesses. If I am a customer at your bank, why am I treated differently because I am not a “business?” I understand if they don’t give out large amount of coins since they may have limited amounts on hand, but I wasn’t looking to get them right away and have the bank short on change, just simply looking to order a few boxes when they put in their ne... read more
