Addison was fantastic great customer service! I have been going to this location for several years and the customer service has not been the best. The branch is under new management and you can tell. Easy parking. Atm drive thru. Change exchange machine available. Women and men's restrooms inside are also convenient. Grab a coffee while you wait.

Just wait till they let someone take money out of ur account, u dispute it then they put it back n then take it back out! Then tell u that because the merchant didn't respond in 10 days so they get to keep my money!!!! It was between 100-200 dollars that I didn't authorize!!! Be smart n find another bank!!
