They let T-Mobile reverse a charge that I disputed that they had no right to charge. This left me completely broke. I've never disputed a charge before this one in my life. I really needed the bank to have my back on this one especially considering the fact I've been a loyal patron for several years with my business and personal accounts, but they didn't. I switched to Chime today. Also, they still do not have tap pay.
