I’ve visited this First United Bank branch multiple times over the past year and have always received wonderful customer service, until today. I came into the branch to cash a check and was helped by a teller named Joshua L. Upon presenting the check, he immediately questioned whether I had ever been there before and said he needed to verify it because he had "never seen me" and didn’t "feel comfortable releasing the funds with out the verification process."
