This bank has gone downhill the last 3 years. The customer service is severely lacking, The ATM machine malfunctions, and there is no local feel anymore.
From the beginning, Colette was so prompt and accessible and got us everything we needed for our home search. When we found our home, she communicated with all parties so that everyone stayed on top of what was needed to close. She worked really hard to help us close even earlier than our original date! Colette's professionalism, expertise, and communication skills made what could have been a very stressful closing so much better. We are SO happy our realtor recommended her!

I am furious! We started down the path of a construction loan with this company two-and-a-half months ago. TODAY Colette Phillip emails me to say that the established, well-known (with great reviews) “the builder did not meet our requirements I am sorry that is all I can say”. WHAT A COLOSSAL WASTE OF TIME!!! Don’t use this mortgage company! They won’t tell me WHY my builder was rejected AND they don’t share their precious “approved” list!
