This is my first experience with First Union Lending and it was above and beyond what I expected. My loan specialist Sammy was super helpful and attentive and while she didn't have every answer (I'm super inquisitive) she knew where to find the answers. Bad company. I had a horrible personal experience dealing with First Union Lending and Dennis Arroyo (aka Dennis Cage)
I was illegally called by First Union Lending, LLC from Florida. 47 USC section 501 states that it is a federal crime to violate 47 USC 227 (b) (1) (A) because it is "unlawful" to call a cellular phone on the DNC to sell whatever you are selling. Dennis Arroyo (aka dennis cage) did exactly that. Telemarketing to cell phones on the DNC registry and threats by owner Dennis Arroyo I was actually threatened by Dennis who is one of the owners at First Union Lending LLC in Florida. I have dealt with companies like******** and ****** in the past with ok results, but was always skeptical of the fact that they weren't local to Orlando and didn't really understand my market or where I do business. I found First Union and lend me money with better terms because they understand my market, not too shabby that I can stop in their offices and conduct business there instead of only via email either. I will recommend First Union.
