Our underwriter from First Union , Mr. Tim S*** helped us along this review and approval process to the final closing and funding step over coming several hurdles. We had to go through 2 different lenders before we find the 3d lender that would say yes yes yes to the funding step and beyond, i.e. money transfer. He did not give up his effort in finding one lender who understood what we do and where we are in our business development process. We thank Tim for his extra effort.

Tim over at First Union Lending in Orlando FL has been very helpful to me and my trucking company over the last year. I have Tim's cell phone and he is always available for me.I have worked on various loans with First Union and are now working on a bridge loan which will hold me over until I can get the commercial real estate loan.

AVOID AVOID AVOID First Union Lending. They are very misleading in their marketing and they broker loans to actual lenders which cost you more. First I will address their misleading website and claims. They state they are a lender and even on their website and email signatures show a logo that states First Union Lending - Licensed Lender. I'm so excited, i got a loan from a loan lender which help me out with my loan. First rate and outstanding service. I came across a one time in the life opportunity to buy out one of my main competitors, but there were other offers on the table and quire frankly the competitor would have preferred not to sell to me. Knowing I was short on time, I came across and an ad by First Union Lending and jumped on it. Our funding specialist was not pushy like most and very informative. We have gotten a better loan everytime with First Union than the last and they stick to their word.
