Today, September 11, 2025, we visited the Velocity Freightliner shop to have our leaking coolant line replaced. I spoke with the service department and received a quote and timeline for the repair. While the service employee was professional, we were surprised by the cost of the service. They charged $220 per hour, estimating four hours to replace the 39 cm coolant hose. This means $880 for labour, plus an additional $100 for the part, bringing the estimated total to around $1,000!?
